Resources for Falls Prevention in the elderly

** The STEPPING ON PROGRAM  Program for older people is designed to reduce falls and build your confidence. Too many older Australians suffer from falls and the repercussions!

The STEPPING ON Program is for you and works to increase your quality of life. The first course commences Thursday 20 October 2011 at Broken Hill Health service. It runs for 7 weeks 2 hours a week  followed by a refresher 3 months later.
